History

Johnsons Business Interiors was founded by Gray Johnson in the bustle of post World War Two as an Ottawa supplier of home furnishings and household goods. During the 1950’s and 1960’s the business expanded into new and used office furnishings in addition to party rentals, which really put the Johnsons name on the Ottawa map. In the late 1970’s Gray’s son James took over the business and fine tuned Johnsons Business Interiors into a full service office furniture dealer with an extensive retail showroom in the heart of the Ottawa downtown Byward market area.

A 25,000 Sq. Ft. warehouse on Stevenage Drive currently houses all sales and administrative functions, as well as a sizeable retail showroom.
